Company OS
We are building with the operating model we install.
Mind to Method AI is built as a one-person, AI-operated company. A coordinated system of specialized roles does the supporting work — but the company is governed exactly the way we govern the systems we build for you.
Proof, not a sales pitch.
The number of roles isn't the point — dependable outcomes are. Our Company OS is being built so that the operating model we recommend to customers is one we test internally: narrow roles, shared records, permission controls, tests before release, and a human who approves anything consequential.
Chris is the human owner and approval authority. The system prepares the work and routes decisions; a person owns them.
How the system stays accountable
- Narrow roles — each agent does one job well, not everything.
- Shared records — one source of truth, not scattered conversations.
- Permission controls — Green / Yellow / Red / Black on every consequential action.
- Tests before release — behavior is evaluated, not assumed.
- Human approval — Chris approves anything consequential.
Coordinated roles
Narrow roles, one shared record.
Each role does one job well and writes to a shared source of truth — not ten bots improvising in a group chat. Work flows from research through delivery and into ongoing support.
Chief of Staff
Coordinates work, routes approvals to Chris, and keeps the shared record straight.
Market Research
Studies industries and workflows where evidence-built systems pay off.
Prospecting
Identifies organizations with the kind of repetitive, document-heavy work we fix.
Sales Preparation
Assembles context and questions so conversations are specific, not generic.
Client Intake
Captures the minimum needed to scope a workflow and qualify fit.
Systems Architecture
Designs the workflow contract, data model, and risk classification.
Building
Implements deterministic logic and AI components with tests.
QA and Security
Runs evaluations, checks edge cases, and reviews for safety before release.
Client Success
Monitors live systems, reviews failures, and reports outcome evidence.
Finance and Compliance
Tracks cost, budgets, and the records that keep operations accountable.
Work routes through defined stages
A request moves from intake to architecture to build to QA to delivery — each handoff recorded, not improvised.
Everything writes to a shared record
Decisions, evidence, and approvals live in one place, so the system — and Chris — can see the full history.
A person approves consequential actions
Contracts, payments, public claims, and production changes are Red by default and wait for human approval.
It's the same permission model we install for customers. Mind to Method builds controlled systems — it does not remove human responsibility.
Start with a Workflow Evidence Audit
A fixed-scope, $500 assessment of one workflow. You leave with a baseline, a design, and an implementation estimate. The fee may be credited toward an approved build under the written project agreement.
