What we collect

When you submit the Workflow Audit form, we collect only what we need to understand and scope your request:

• Your name, work email, company, role, and (optionally) website.
• A description of the workflow you want to improve, the tools it uses, its approximate volume, the biggest delay or error, and your desired outcome.
• Whether sensitive data is involved (a yes/no/not-sure indicator — not the data itself).
• Your preferred contact method and your consent to be contacted.

We also process a limited technical signal — your approximate IP address and submission timing — solely to limit spam and abuse.

We deliberately do not collect credentials, customer records, health information, financial-account data, or file uploads through this site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, qualify fit, and prepare for a discovery conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How it is handled

Submissions are delivered to our business inbox or operations system through a configured delivery channel, which may involve a service provider that processes the message on our behalf. We avoid logging complete form submissions, and secrets are kept server-side.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information only as long as needed to follow up on your request and maintain ordinary business records, then delete or archive it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by replying to our correspondence or using the contact method we provide to you. These retention and deletion practices are assumptions in this starter policy and should be confirmed during legal review.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this notice as the business and its tools evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
